Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return. Returns will only be accepted if the original protective seal remains fully intact and the product is in its original packaging.

To initiate a return:

• Email us at info@greensforpeople.com with your order number
• Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Pack items securely and ship within 7 days

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exceptions: Final sale items, perishables, and personalized products cannot be returned.
